Valley Alert Lifeline is a non-profit organization located in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Dedicated to supporting seniors and vulnerable individuals living independently, we specialize in providing lifeline equipment that ensures safety and peace of mind for those living in Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, Agassiz, Harrison Hot Springs, Hope, and Boston Bar.

Onsite Installation

One of our trained volunteers will assist you onsite with your new Lifeline system to ensure you have everything you need and the device is functioning as it should.

Onsite & On Call Support

If ever you have a question or problem with your Lifeline system, we are ready to chat with you on the phone and provide onsite support to bring you peace of mind.

We will provide you with guidance on using your new Lifeline equipment to make sure you feel comfortable with how to get the assistance you need, when you need it.
