Upgrade with Fall Detection

Fall Detection will automatically request assistance when a fall is detected.

Our most popular Help Button that you wear around your neck is called Lifeline with fall detection. This button is water resistant and can detect and sense falls and offers you an added layer of protection by calling for help when a fall has been detected.

When the button detects a fall, it will give you 10 seconds to get to your feet. If you are unable to do so your button will send a call for help to our Response Centre. This means that when a fall is detected you will get the help you need if you are unable to press your Help Button.

The button does not detect 100% of falls, if able, you should always press your button when you need help.
