Our most popular Help Button that you wear around your neck is called
HomeSafe with fall detection. This button can detect falls and offers you an added layer of protection by automatically calling for help when a fall has been detected.
When the button detects a fall and there has been no movement for 10 seconds, the button will send a call for help to our Response Centre. This means that when a fall is detected you will get the help you need if you are unable to press your Help Button.
